How the AI works
uGrowth is built on Claude by Anthropic. It reads each customer message, looks at your business settings (services, hours, area, pricing rules, FAQ, tone), and either replies, books a visit, or hands off to you.
The rules it is designed to follow
- Never quotes a price unless you configured it.
- Never books outside your available slots.
- Never makes warranty or licensing claims.
- Hands the conversation to you when it is unsure, or when the customer asks for a person.
- Stops follow-ups on reply, booking, decline or opt-out.
- Sends messages only between 8am and 8pm in the recipient's local time zone.
- Respects STOP and unsubscribe requests and keeps a record of consent per contact.
You stay in control
You see every conversation and every message the AI sent. One tap on Take over pauses the AI so you can reply yourself. You decide what it may say about price during onboarding.
What it can do
It can check your calendar for open slots, book or reschedule an estimate visit, record job details such as job type, address, timeline and photos, summarize photos for you, and escalate to a person. It cannot do anything else.
